Chi Bar wows patrons with floor-to-ceiling jeweled toned windows offering sweeping views of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. An impressive display of 15 plasma screen televisions, ranging in size from 20-60", features a continuous loop of mesmerizing "plasma art."
